DressPositive Eyewear Warranty Policy and Warranty Claim

Please, read our policy carefully to make sure you qualify for the 2 month manufacturer’s warranty we offer.

Woofies, The Tennis Fever and Passion4Padel are brands own by DressPositive.

Print out and complete the DressPositive Eyewear Warranty Claim Form and send it in with your DressPositive product to our main office located at 3470 Wilshire Blvd (suite 540), Los Angeles, CA, 90010.

We strongly encourage you to send your DressPositive product by a traceable method (such as UPS or Fed Ex), as DressPositive is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. For non-delivery or further information, email us at customerservice@dresspositive.com.

Once we have received your DressPositive product expect up to 14 business days of processing time for your warranty claim.

DressPositive Eyewear Warranty Policy:

All products sold on the The Tennis Fever website (www.thetennisfever.com) belong to DressPositive and therefore fall under the same policies.

DressPositive will only authorize the warranty claim if the item was purchased from our online stores dresspositive.com and thetennisfever.com.

We offer a 2 month warranty, from purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your DressPositive product. DressPositive will decide at their own discretion whether the product qualifies or not as a manufacturer’s defect.

Any apparel is NOT covered under this 1 month warranty policy.

This warranty lasts up to 2 month from the purchase date. The Customer may return to DressPositive, free of charge*, any eyewear with manufacturing defects (please read below carefully). *We will refund the shipping fee within 14 business days of receiving the product.  PLEASE email us the Shipping Receipt at customerservice@dresspositive.com.

This warranty covers all parts of your DressPositive product, excluding lenses, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover product that is stolen, lost, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. DressPositive reserves the right to not send back irreparable frames sent in under warranty.

Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. We clearly state that every DressPositive piece is unique. This warranty does not cover such differences. Nor are variations from engraved logos.

Because of the natural materials used in the manufacturing process, and the fact that the product is generally handmade, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. These are not considered defects under this warranty.

Sunlight will cause wood, finishing materials, and fabrics to change color – these changes are not considered defects under this warranty. Direct contact with petrochemical products, (nail polish remover, alcohol, etc.) will damage the finish – such damage is not considered a defect under this warranty. 

The 2 month warranty does cover Prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted; we are not responsible for any prescription lenses that are received here at the DressPositive facilities.

Each item returned must include all its labels, packaging, documentation (if any) and original accessories (please keep them all in order to qualify for the refund). Failing this, DressPositive reserves the right to refuse such refund. Upon receipt of the product and verification of the existence of manufacturing defects in any of the products ordered, DressPositive shall proceed to send another product of the same characteristics, also free of charge for the Customer.

If it is not possible, due to lack of stock, to send another product of the same characteristics, the amount paid for the purchase of the product shall be returned as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 business days after receiving the product back at our warehouse.

If the product is sent within the 2 months after the purchase date but is not covered under the Warranty (according to the policy here stated), DressPositive has the right to not send back the product at their own discretion. If the product is sent back, the customer will be charged for the shipping fees via UPS or FedEx, through the original method payment.

For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to any damages of repair of the product or a replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of DressPositive. DressPositive is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
